1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 89db ("89db", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the 89db platform at 89db.club, including the mobile app, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 89db. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.

When registering on 89db, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your real name, a valid contact number, and a payment method registered in your name. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 89db login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 4 Deposits

5 Withdrawals

In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded on 89db are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.

Bonus Validity: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within their stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account without notice.

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on 89db use a certified random number generator (RNG). Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by 89db, the game provider, or any player. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are based on verified long-term statistical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 89db and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts of any kind.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Placing bets designed to exploit bonus terms rather than to play in good faith.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session — such as a disconnection or server error — 89db will use available game logs to determine the outcome of the interrupted round. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

89db reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Operating multiple accounts on the platform.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions.

• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.

If your account is suspended for investigation, 89db will aim to complete the review within 14 business days. If the investigation finds no breach of these Terms, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

You may close your 89db account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations exist.
